In the interest of making things easier to find - we kept it in the same campground (Beaver Dam) just down the road a few hundred yards - to the best available area (closer access to the water, fishing/hiking access and nice view + grills, restrooms, 8 picnic tables, electricity)
We can technically have up to 70 people and 30 vehicles - there will be plenty of space.
There is a $7/car charge at the entrance gate since it’s during the season. ($5 for Seniors 62+ and military which applies to many in our group)
We have it all day 9am until the park closes. We will start at 11am but you can come earlier if you need some time to set-up your space..
Come for a day of fellowship, food, and fun on July 24th.
2021-2022 School Supply Drive
for Baileywick Elementary!

Our mission has always been to support Baileywick Elementary in helping meet the needs of their students who need assistance. In order to maximize the coverage and allow those who wish to avoid the back to school crowds in brick & mortar retail stores, the sign up has been set up so that you may copy the link to the items and purchase through Amazon. The delivery address is listed in the sign up.
The North Raleigh United Methodist Women
want to thank everyone that brought food (1023 pounds) or donated money (total of $19,389.00 with multiple contributions) for the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina.

A total of 275,710 meals will be provided!

We are so grateful for your support to help feed the hungry in our state.

We had a great week of Vacation Bible School!

Thank you to all families for sharing your wonderful children with us and thank you to all our leaders who dedicated themselves to sharing God's love this week. Thank you!
We are excited to reopen the nursery in the coming weeks, but in order to do so, we need your help! We have two paid openings for childcare on Sunday mornings in addition to volunteer opportunities. If you are interested or know someone who is, contact Gretchen Shea.

Meet Gretchen Shea and talk about what it means to have a bold faith!
Celebrating Ministry!
$16,000 Donated to Food Bank from NRUMC!
Thank you for your continued, generous and faithful support of NRUMC and its life-changing ministries. Because of your incredible generosity, we were able to send a check to the NC Food Bank for almost $16,000. Our donation will be used to help those with food insecurities and people dealing with hunger issues.

Your gifts to NRUMC are making a direct impact on peoples’ lives not only locally but throughout the world. Our church is so blessed to have such generous and dedicated members who give selflessly of their time, talents and resources. You truly are living disciples of Christ.

NRUMC can receive your offerings and tithes through multiple ways. In addition to giving during worship on Sunday mornings, you can mail checks to the church. Our address is 8501 Honeycutt Road, Raleigh NC 27615.  You can also make donations using a debit or credit card by clicking on the button below.
