Good morning, afternoon, evening to all (depending on when you read this). We hope you and yours are well and staying safe. Thank you for all you are doing (even those things you don’t agree with). Please know you are contributing to the peace of others.

This update will be shorter than the others.
A couple of reminders:

  • Tomorrow’s (Saturday, July 25) live stream Mass will be at 9:30 am – the First Communion of about half of those children who have been prepared to do so this year. We share their joy. We celebrate them and their families.
Please come on time for Masses on the weekend (some of us are slipping into our pre-covid behaviors)  Saturday 5:30, Sundays 8:30 am (live-streamed) and 11:00 am in English: 2:30 pm in Spanish.   And with the numbers of positive cases increasing in the State, and since we aren’t directly asking the three questions we used to ask, if you have been around someone who has tested positive, we ask that you refrain from coming to Mass.
One last thing: If you have lost anything of value over the last 6 months, we may have found it here on property. Call or visit Kathleen Nolan in the parish offices.

Well, that’s it for this week…Stay cool. Love on your loved ones. Keep up those prayers for those working in hospitals, for justice and equality for all, for those making decisions about public health, for good decisions about the safe opening of schools, and for all who serve the common good. Keep the faith and share it with those who seeking God -without knowing they are.
