A New Look, A New Name

We’re excited to introduce a fresh look to our website and newsletter. Thanks to everyone who was involved in renaming our e-newsletter with suggestions and voting. In choosing this new name, we are rooting it in Cardinal Newman's prayer, "The Mission of My Life," who invites us to be "a bond of connection between persons." In the Oratory Connection, you’ll be informed, inspired, and connected with what’s going on at St. Boniface and Assumption Parishes. Thanks for being a vital connection in our community—let’s stay connected!

📰 News

Stewardship for 2025

Recently, all registered parishioners received a letter from Fathers Mark Paul and Anthony discussing stewardship for the year ahead, financial statements for both parishes, and a stewardship commitment form. Thanks to all those who have returned this form. If you have not done so already, we ask that all members of the parishes prayerfully consider their level of financial support, as this will help greatly with budgetary planning. If you did not receive this mailing, please contact the parish office so we can send a new one.

🗓️ Upcoming Events

🌿 Bring your Palms to Mass!

We will burn last year's palms to make ashes for Ash Wednesday. If you have palms from last year, bring them to Mass and put them in the basket at the back of both churches. We need to have them by Sunday, February 23, so we can burn the palms the following week (March 2) after the 9:30am Mass at Assumption.

St. Boniface welcomes Kerry Alys Robinson, only the second laywoman CEO of Catholic Charities USA, to give this year's Women in the Church Lecture. Robinson will speak on the Feast of the Annunciation (3/23), emphasizing that Mary confidently saying “yes” to God is not a sign of compliance but rather a courageous embrace to becoming a catalyst for change and an inspiration for women.
