New! Associate Planner Wanted

The City of Margate is looking for an Associate Planner. Responsibilities include responding to public inquiries regarding zoning information, including requirements for setbacks, parking, permitted and special exception uses, signage, lot size, etc.

New! Redevelopment Project Manager Wanted (open until filled)

The City of Daytona Beach is looking for a Redevelopment Project Manager who will be responsible for executing all initiatives and activities to facilitate redevelopment projects, and provide architectural and urban design recommendations for approval regarding redevelopment districts and redevelopment standards.

New! RFP/RFQ Request for Crestview CRA (Deadline: 11/22/22)

The Crestview CRA is seeking proposals for for a major renovation project in their Historic Downtown.

Panama City Beach is Developing a New Plan For Parking

Panama City Beach and the CRA has now turned their attention adding more parking, a crucial issue for the Beach.

The City Council last week approved a $153,000 work order with the Corradino Group for the development of a parking and mobility plan to go along with the Front Beach Road Community Redevelopment Area Plan.

Ormond’s ‘Main Street’ Now The Place To Go

Main Street in Ormond Beach has a brand new name and a makeover.

After being blighted for many years, the Main Street has been transformed into Granada Boulevard.

The project was created by the area’s Community Redevelopment District and partnered with businesses through Ormond Beach MainStreet.
