Ashley Jones, Events & Education Director at DIME, brings a wealth of expertise to the world of embroidery. With a background in IT, she has transitioned her technical knowledge into a passion for educating machine embroiderers. Having trained countless individuals, Ashley is not only well-versed in various embroidery techniques but also specializes in DIME embroidery software. As a valuable contributor to DIME's software development team, she actively shapes the tools embroiderers use every day.

Beyond software, Ashley is a creator of innovative home embroidery products and designs. She seamlessly integrates cutting machines, heat transfer vinyl, decorative threads and custom quilting, adding a unique dimension to her craft. What truly drives Ashley is her dedication to sharing knowledge with fellow embroiderers, empowering them to achieve success in their craft.

Gail Yellen teaches classes and workshops across the country including American Sewing Guild National Conferences and Chapter events, Puyallup Sewing & Stitchery Expo, Houston Quilt Festival, sewing machine dealers and Craftsy.

Zoom classes keep Gail interactive with sewists around the world. She is a BERNIN Ambassador and author of two books, Serger Essentials Master the basics; beyond! and It’s All About Embellishment.

Gail loves teaching serger basics as well as how to use specialty feet and attachments. Creating innovative serger embellishments with decorative threads expands skills and creates beautiful surface embellishments.
