Practice Your Hebrew
Although Shir Hadash has always prided itself on the services it provides in English, we are also committed to helping English speakers integrate into the broader Hebrew speaking community.
As part of that effort, we will begin offering short divrei Torah in simple Hebrew during Friday night tephillot. To help those for whom this will be a challenge, we present you with a vocabulary list that might prove helpful for this Friday night:
Parshat HaShavua with Rotating Scholars (Chaya Passow, Peta Pellach, Rabbi Aaron Poston and Rabbi Robert Rhodes). This week, Peta Pellach on Parshat Noach.
