KIDDUSH
Sponsored by Rabbi & Rebbetzin Brander in gratitude for a Refuah from a recent medical procedure and on the birth of a granddaughter, Faiga Bluma, שתחי". Sponsored by Yitzchak and Elana Inselmann in Hakaras Hatov of the Branders, the Sterns, and the entire LINK community for nine wonderfully uplifting and elevating years of inspiration and friendship. We will miss LINK enormously upon our departure from LA, but wish its Rebbeim and members every Hatzlacha and Bracha.
SHALOSH SEUDOS
Sponsored by Amud Yomi Chevra, Amir Goldstein, Steve Golditch, and a few others who will be making a Siyum on Maseches Taanis.
TZEISCHEM L’SHALOM
We bid a fond farewell this Shabbos to Yitzchak and Elana Inselmann as they depart LA for Cleveland (actually University Heights), Ohio. In their quiet and unassuming way, they have made a major impact on our community. Yitzchak is a well-known investigative/opinion journalist (writing under a pen name) who has also learned weekly with Rabbi Stern for many years. Elana is the consummate professional pedagogue, having taught high school English in Bais Yaakov, YULA Girls, and at Machon. Her davening stands out for its sincerity and intensity. We wish them and their daughter Ne’emana an easy transition and much Hatzlacha and Bracha in their new community!
KIDDUSH LEVANA
