Sunday Morning Is Loaded With Opportunities to Serve, Connect, and Engage

Contact Liz Curry for details!

Shadow Rock is an election polling site and we are proud to do it! This means our facility is not just open on election day but we are open for voters to come to our campus for two weeks. Staff is available to poll workers most of the time should they have any needs.

However, we need help October 26th!

We need a volunteer to open the building at 8:00 AM and stay until 1:00 PM.

We can break these hours into shifts if we have enough volunteers.

Please contact Lois Beberniss by email or at the church office.

Pictured above is the election education event with author Kyle Spencer and a showing of the documentary Bad Faith. If you want a history and overview of the Christian nationalist movement the documentary Bad Faith is highly recommended. Thank you, John Pierce, for the pictures.

Pictured above is Alyce-Anne Meadows introducing our election education movie/author event. She perceived a great need for people to be informed about the politically charged Project 2025 and she responded with three education events co-sponsored by Red Wine and Blue and Seniors and Friends Defending Democracy. Thank you, Alyce-Anne, for embodying the meaning of our Wedgeblade.

SUPPORT THE NAMI WALK BY SPONSORING A WISE TEAM MEMBER!

See article above about Spiritual Play kids and the WISE Team.

They are glad to support our WISE Team and the WISE Team's participation in the NAMI Walk.

VOTER GUIDES

Various friends and members of Shadow Rock are offering summaries of issues, propositions, and other ballot measures. They hope you will find it helpful. However, they also encourage you to read, study, and decide for yourself!
