20 NOVEMBER 2024

Hey Everyone! This Sunday bring your favorite Fall/Harvest/Thanksgiving decoration to the worship service. During the opening song, we will build a mega-cornucopia as a centerpiece for our worship service. Pastor Ken is bringing a pumpkin that was a gift from the Keystones many years ago. All pumpkins, squash, leaves, plastic grapes, and turkeys (bird and human) are welcome!

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance

In observance of this day, the victims of violence, and hope for a day of affirmation of transgender human beings, I encourage you to read this book. It is tender, funny, and honest. It will add much-needed understanding and kindness.

Jenn Steege honors the Native American Flute as a performing and recording artist. She offers flute with various live playing groups throughout the Phoenix Metro area as well as performing solo at a variety of venues. Jenn's desire is to bring North America's only indigenous wind instrument to the attention of people who are unfamiliar with it, while honoring the deep cultural roots of the peoples it derives from. Her albums, First Breath and First Breath Deluxe (Traditional), Bright Morning Star (Christmas), and My Song Shall Rise (hymns) are available through all digital platforms to stream or download. She is also releasing single songs regularly through DistroKid . . . such as Moonlight Sonata, All Is Well, Moon in a Dewdrop, Vincent, and others through digital and streaming outlets. Find her at Jenn Steege Music on Facebook and @jennsteegenaf on Instagram. Her email is hello.jennsteege@gmail.com.

ATTENTION! This is an official notification! We will have a congregational meeting, Nov. 24th after our worship service. The purpose of the meeting is to review and vote on a facilities improvement project that will complete the sanctuary soffit repair and replacement.

The written proposal is available upon request.
