Questions will not be answered from the floor.
Fourth Quarter Assessments: The October assessments must be received by the 30th of the month to avoid a $25 late fee and $25 delinquency administrative fee. Any account with a balance of $100 or more due as of October 31st could also lose access to the amenities and events. Payments can be made in person at the Amenity Center, on-line using the BUURT resident portal, or pay by mail. Pool Equipment Fence Replacement Scheduled for the Week of November 2nd: Turn Construction has been hired to replace the wood fence that encloses the pool equipment. They will also add a five-foot wood screening for the Amenity Center’s trash and recycle bins. The pool will be shut down for up to three days during this project due to much of the pool’s equipment is attached to this fence and will need to be removed then reattached to the new fence.
