NSJC Social Club – September Events

Join us each Tuesday* at 11 am for bagels, cream cheese, and coffee among other refreshments in the Social Hall for social interaction, dancing, and entertaining programs, including:

Sept 16 – Tommy Parris – Rescheduled. Singer and guitarist will perform crisp and soothing songs of the Rat Pack’s greatest hits among others. You will love it!

Sept 23 – No meeting during the High Holiday services

Sept 30 – John Marafino – Suffolk Co. Water Authority representative will discuss water quality and supply issues for Long Island

Selichot Movie and Service September 13th

Join us for an uplifting program.

7:45pm- maariv and havdalah

8:15pm- screening of the classic, Casablanca, a film more

about teshuvah than you might realize.

Tot Shabbat

Saturday, Sept. 20th at 11am

Tot Shabbat is held monthly. It is a joyful, interactive and educational celebration of Shabbat for ages 0-5 and their parents. Siblings are always welcome.

We meet in Lake Grove in the former Bahama Breeze Parking Lot (corner of Alexander Ave. & Middle Country Rd.) and walk on the perimeter sidewalk of the Smith Haven Mall. 1-1.5 miles total.
