Share One, Inc. Announces CUSO Ownership Changes
Share One's CUSO is transforming. The ownership of shares is shifting from an employee and client ownership structure to a majority client-based credit union CUSO.

Jerry Williams, President/CEO of Eglin Federal Credit Union, Martin Eakes, CEO of Self-Help and Self-Help Federal Credit Union, and Dr. David Tuyo, President/CEO of University Credit Union, finalized the stockholder ownership transfer. Collectively, the three credit unions own the majority in equal shares with the new structure.
Share One's employee majority shareholders: Daryl Tanner, retired President/CEO; Carla Tanner, CFO; Rick Larsen, SVP Development; Don Conrad, SVP Sales; Scott Eungard, VP Sales; and Teri Van Frank, President/CEO, sold their shares to the three credit unions to complete the process.

Teri Van Frank, Don Conrad, Rick Larson, Scott Eungard, and Daryl Tanner, all members of the board of directors, resigned their board positions as required by the transfer. Martin Eakes, Jerry Williams, and David Tuyo now comprise the board of directors. Teri Van Frank, Carla Tanner, Don Conrad, Rick Larsen, and Scott Eungard will remain on staff.

New Customer Portal Live Date August 1st
Look for a link on the current Customer Portal to access the new Customer Portal . On August 1, the new Customer Portal will go live!

Each credit union's administrative user should have received an email from James Martin. If you have not received an email, please call Customer Service. The administrative user will need to login and grant access levels to other credit union employees.

In-House clients and those credit unions using automatic login are now setup with an administrative user assigned. Most Hosted and Service Center clients can access the new Customer Portal with their current NSSC or Citrix login credentials.
Employee News
Tammi Johnson transitioned to our Development Department in June as part of our Quality Assurance team. She is responsible for providing independent test validation of core product code changes and enhancements prior to their release to ensure we deliver quality software releases to our credit unions. After working in our Support area for four years, she is excited to leverage her extensive user knowledge of our NewSolutions and NS3 products and is looking forward to learning more about our agile product development and scrum process.

Tammi joined Share One in February 2015 as part of our Customer Support team after working at several regional financial institutions for twenty-two years in the areas of retail branch banking, commercial banking, bank operations, compliance and audit.
Anita King transitioned to Compliance Officer in June. Her goal is to draw upon her credit union experience and broaden her knowledge of industry compliance while assisting clients, implementing regulatory changes, and supporting Share One’s development process. 

Anita joined Share One in May 2012 after working in a credit union for sixteen years in the accounting and back office operations. During her seven years with Share One, she has supported thirty-one core system conversions and several credit union mergers with her general ledger and balancing expertise. Anita received her undergraduate and Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University, Memphis campus.
Josh Cates graduated from Itawamba Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming and, more recently, from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems. Josh’s experience includes over 5 years of customer service, computer repair, and technical support for multiple large companies in the technology industry.
Compliance: Reg CC Final Amendments
The Board of Go vernors of the Federal Reserve System and Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection have amended the Reg CC – Expedited Funds Availability Act (EFA Act) to adjust the dollar amounts for inflation. A dditionally, Reg CC was amended to incorporate the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (EGRRCPA) which extends coverage to American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam.

The EFA Act and subpart B of Reg CC contain specific funds availability amounts which could be adjusted every five years by the annual percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI-W), rounded to the nearest multiple of $25. To learn more about this change effective July 1, 2020, CLICK HERE .
