Self-Help Credit Union

Smith DEI Leadership Award and DEI Trailblazer Award winners by the African-American Credit Union Coalition.

Have you ever reviewed a member's transaction history and thought "why is this taking so long?" We have a fix for that! Follow the path below [the image] to update the setting to select a limit on how far back transaction history will populate. It's that easy! Having a default set to "blank" will tell the system to pull all history [from the opening of the account], resulting in a longer wait time.

Once you change the setting, email our Brand Manager, Jessica Schneckloth, to have your name entered for a chance to win!

Notice Reminder
January 1st, we retired some of our external email distribution groups with the purpose of focusing on our inbound communication channels. The retired email groups were replaced with email-to-case addresses for our case management system.
As of January 1st the following addresses were phased out customerservice@shareone
Effective December 12, 2022 clients have the option to have a case created for their desired support group by selecting the respective email address.

Clients will receive an automated response with a case number and some additional follow-up information for the case. The case numbers can be used as a reference when working with Share One staff or cases can be viewed in our S1Community portal.
