As a reminder, all seat and building moves will begin next Tuesday, June 18. Please note that the schedule for these moves is carefully coordinated, so do not move until your designated date and time. You will receive additional information by the end of the week detailing your specific move window.

In the meantime, please support your team in making this transition as smooth as possible by sharing the following information: 
  • Managers will receive a Special Edition Manager Monthly later this week with specific moving dates and times for each team. Please email Martha Runnette as soon as possible if there is an unavoidable conflict that will prevent your team from moving during your designated window. As a reminder, department seating locations have been approved by SLT. All specific seating assignments are due to Martha as soon as possible, if you have not already submitted them. 
  • Do not move chairs, phones, filing cabinets and keys. Please tape keys to the desks and lateral file cabinets and leave office keys on the desk.
  • Contractors will move all DPS boxed items for teams moving within their designated moving window. To comply with DPS insurance guidelines, team members must move their own personal items, including pictures, lamps, decorations and plants that conform to campus standards.
  • The upcoming moves are an opportunity to reset the culture and intended design standards of Emily Griffith Campus. Please read the Emily Griffith Campus Handbook for details on expectations regarding building operations and culture.
