It is with great excitement that I share a draft of our division’s Mission and Vision statements.

Since the beginning of the year, our division’s leadership has been working closely with Central Human Resources’ Leadership and Organizational Development team to reflect on who we are as a division—and who we aspire to be.

I hope you see the work you do today reflected in the drafted mission statement and the work we aspire to in the vision statement.

Now, we would like to hear from you, as your feedback is crucial to this process. Please email your thoughts and suggestions to businessaffairs@ufl.edu by Monday, June 2.

Once we’ve reviewed your input and made any necessary updates, we’ll begin sharing the final statements internally through our website and various publications. More importantly, we’ll continue to live out these ideals through our daily work.

In deliberate and collaborative partnership with our campus and community, we will shape forward-thinking solutions that create meaningful impact and advance the University of Florida.
