Since 1923, people from around our community have joined together to ensure that more local students have the resources they need to pursue higher education. In the past school year alone, we granted over $1.7 million to 646 students.  We often hear from past WSF scholarship recipients who share where they are now, and how much the support meant to them and to their families as they navigated paying for college.    Starting this fall, we'll begin celebrating 100 years of student aid, and we look forward to sharing many stories of impact. STUDENTS & YOUTH Our One-Stop Scholarship Application is open for only a few more days for students seeking scholarships for higher education (apply by 7/1) NONPROFITS & COMMUNITY GROUPS Small Grants for organizations with annual incomes of $150,000 or less (apply by 7/3 or the first business day of any month) The Women's Fund Grants to increase economic security and mobility for women and girls (apply by 7/10) Black Philanthropy Initiative's Impact Grants for work that strengthens local Black communities (apply by 7/24) Capital Improvement Grants to support time-limited projects for Forsyth County nonprofits to acquire, upgrade, and maintain physical assets (apply by 8/1)
