National award recognizes the strong partnerships that grow the Great Falls region

GFDA and CEO Brett Doney received the national Jeffery A. Finkle Organizational Leadership Award this fall. This award signifies a community effort to grow the Great Falls region. Partnerships, coalitions, and collaboration are critical to economic development success.

The growth Great Falls is experiencing is evident in the ongoing development of downtown Great Falls and the River Corridor development, just to highlight a few examples.

Thanks to the dedication of GFDA investors and community partners, the region's entrepreneurs and businesses are getting the support they need to flourish.

About the Jeffery A. Finkle Organizational Leadership award

The Jeffery A. Finkle Organizational Leadership Award, which was presented to GFDA CEO Brett Doney by The International Economic Development Council, recognizes an individual who has led the same public or non-profit economic development organizations with integrity, tenacity and philanthropic spirit for at least 15 years.

"When Brett took leadership of GFDA he leveraged his background in community development and finance, along with his vision for growth to start changing the mindset of Great Falls. Today businesses are proud to be part of GFDA."
