The actions include:

  2. Complete your Spring2ACTion profile page (see your dashboard on GiveGab for details)
  3. Sign up for one of our Spring2ACTion training sessions
  4. Share an impact story on the Spring2ACTion website
  5. Share a post on your preferred social media site using the hashtag: “#ReadyForSpring2ACTion”

Impact Story: Fairlington Preschool
Fairlington Preschool is an Alexandria-based nonprofit preschool dedicated to inclusion, lifetime learning, and outdoor play for neurotypical and special needs students.

The generosity and support of Spring2ACTion donors made it possible to provide over $7,000 of financial support and inclusion services for students, including: student tuition assistance, subsidized therapy services, speech and occupational therapy screenings, and Developmental, Goals, and Strategy meetings with our teachers, staff, therapists, and families.

ALX Dog Walk - Spring2ACTion Nonprofit Village
Saturday, April 20
The ALX Dog Walk is hosting a Spring2ACTion Nonprofit Village and inviting 25 Spring2ACTion participating nonprofits to join in promoting their organizations through this fun and widely attended community event. Each participating nonprofit will have the opportunity to host a plastic-free event table. The cost is $25 and includes a table and two chairs. Co-Creator Lab: Shaping the
Youth Employment & CTE Working Group

Join ACT, Alexandria City Schools, Alexandria City Government, higher education & training institutes, youth, families, business leaders, community-based organizations, funders, and other interested parties as we co-create a shared vision for the future of Alexandria's youth. Together, we will focus on how we will build systems capable of empowering every young person to imagine, design, and achieve a prosperous future.
