I am Sharon Moore, a lifelong member of St. John’s Presbyterian Church in Detroit, MI. For over 40 years, I have been, and continue to be, a passionate advocate for justice. My inspiration comes from reflection on the simplicity of life.
As an energetic native of Detroit, who has developed skills in negotiation, dispute resolution, and conflict resolution, I am eager to see how these match with the current challenges facing us on many fronts. I am a creative thinker, a smart strategist, and an empathetic communicator who is able to inspire.
I am grateful for every opportunity to step with “faith-first” into issues, challenges, and endeavors. It is true—those who trust in God get fresh strength.
