The Main Stage
Where the real conversation begins
| |
The Next Generation Doesn't Need Permission
There’s a shift happening and it’s not subtle.
The next generation of creatives isn’t waiting to be discovered. They aren’t waiting for someone to say they’re ready. They’re stepping into rooms prepared. They’re releasing music with purpose. They’re balancing school schedules with studio sessions. They’re learning, growing, and building in real time. And they’re doing it without asking for permission.
In this issue of Beyond The Stage, we’re not just highlighting young talent. We are recognizing young leadership. From purpose-driven music releases that challenge communities to choose compassion, to after-school programming like Indie30’s “No ID Required” now airing on Rellic Radio, this moment is about access.
Because talent doesn’t require age verification.
Vision doesn’t require validation.
And leadership doesn’t come with a minimum age requirement.
What it does require is opportunity.
It requires platforms willing to open doors.
It requires communities willing to listen.
The responsibility isn’t only on the youth to rise, it’s on us to create lanes that allow them to. The future of culture isn’t something we wait for. It’s something we build alongside them.
And if we’re doing this right, we’re not just watching the next generation take the stage. We’re making sure the lights are already on when they get there. Music is a team sport after all.

Editor's Note
As we step into the final month of the first quarter, Veiga Entertainment is already moving with intention, alignment, and elevation.
The first quarter has been about strengthening the foundation. From expanding our radio presence on Next Level Radio and Rellic Radio, to continuing the growth of Vibin with Veiga, we’ve focused on creating consistent platforms where independent and emerging talent can truly be heard. Behind the scenes, we’ve refined our marketing systems, strengthened collaborations, welcomed new team support, and enhanced how we serve artists, brands, and creatives across the board.
| | | |
We’ve also continued to position Veiga Entertainment not just as a promotional outlet, but as a strategic media and marketing partner. Through curated radio rotation, newsletter features, campaign development, and brand storytelling, our mission remains clear: elevate talent and build lasting visibility.
As we look ahead to the remaining quarters of the year, the focus shifts from foundation to expansion. Expect more live experiences, deeper media partnerships, stronger digital campaigns, and innovative opportunities for artists to connect with audiences in meaningful ways. We’re building systems that convert attention into impact, and impact into longevity.
The first quarter was about alignment. The rest of the year is about execution.

Spotlight: Young & Lit
Amplifying the next generation of creators, leaders, and innovators.

Boss Tootie
(Business Over Silly Stuff)
In this edition of Young & Lit, we shine the spotlight on a rising star who is proving that you can chase big dreams while staying focused in the classroom. Boss Tootie is not just building a name in music, she’s doing it while balancing homework, interviews, performances, and school pride with confidence and joy.
| | | |
| |
Student First, Star Always
For Boss Tootie, balance is all about structure. During the week, she focuses on her schoolwork. On the weekends, it’s all about performing, recording songs, and shooting music videos. Occasionally, interviews pop up during the week, but she manages it all with discipline.
That discipline doesn’t happen by accident. Education is a priority in her household. When interviews or performances fall right after school, she still makes sure homework gets done. As she puts it, her dad is big on education. School comes first, but as long as she handles her responsibilities, she’s cleared to step into the spotlight.
It’s a powerful reminder that dreams and discipline can coexist.
| | | |
A School That Celebrates Success
Not every young artist has a school community that rallies behind them, but Boss Tootie does.
Her teachers, both current and former, proudly play her new releases on classroom projectors. The entire school knows about her music. In fact, she jokes that she can’t even walk to the restroom without someone trying to get her attention.
Instead of being distracting, the recognition motivates her. Being known as an artist in school hasn’t caused problems. If anything, it’s become one of the best parts of her journey. She’s respected, supported, and celebrated.
Inspired to Grow
When asked what inspires her most right now, Boss Tootie points to school. Learning pushes her to challenge herself and try harder things so she can “grow her brain.” That mindset, choosing growth, is what separates hobbies from purpose.
And yes, school absolutely makes its way into her music.
She released a song called “Gater Gator” dedicated to her school, even including the school’s motto: being kind, being safe, being respectful, and being responsible. The title’s unique spelling was intentional. It's a creative twist that makes sense once you hear it.

Challenges and Determination
Juggling school and music isn’t always easy. One of her biggest challenges is handling interviews or performances immediately after school while still keeping up with assignments.
But instead of complaining, she adjusts. She completes the interview and then gets straight to her homework. That level of responsibility at a young age speaks volumes about her future.
Big Dreams, Bigger Vision
When asked where she sees herself by graduation, her vision is clear:
Performing all around the world. Recording new music. And going to college.
That balance of ambition and education is refreshing and powerful.
Influences & Inspiration
Boss Tootie draws inspiration from close to home first. Her dad, uncles, and other family members make music. She also looks up to artists like That Girl Lay Lay and Nicki Minaj, both known for their confidence, creativity, and commanding presence.
Advice to Young Artists
While she didn’t spell it out in one sentence, her lifestyle says it all:
Stay focused. Handle your responsibilities. Chase your dreams, but do your homework too.
As we often say in this space, “Discipline builds the stage your dreams stand on.”
Boss Tootie is already building hers.
Young & Lit celebrates the next generation of creatives who are proving that talent and education can grow side by side.

At just 12 years old, she delivers a powerful message in her new single “Mo Luv (More Love)” She's asking the question we all need to sit with: “Where the love at y’all? Can you tell me where the love is? We need to find it?”
