Back in July I wrote an article about how AI can help you write grants. Truthfully, I hadn't really considered funders' thoughts on using AI in proposals, but Candid has, and they included two questions about generative AI as part of their annual survey of foundation giving trends. Results discussed in their blog suggest that much is to be determined about the use of generative AI for grant applications, but notably, many funders recognize that making the application process easier may help contribute to a more equitable social sector. |
