Who are Your Door Openers?
The private foundation sector is largely comprised of family foundations, and securing a grant from one can reap repeated rewards, but as well said by this Grantsmanship Center blog post, to get in the door a connection is key. Regularly ask your board members and other close constituents to review lists of foundation trustees and become the door openers you need.
