The Know Your Neighbor program began in 2016, with the vision of introducing non-Muslims in the Tri-state area to our faith, Our community, and our campus. The program provides an informative tour of campus buildings, discussion about the five pillars of Islam, and Q&A. Guests then observe the Duhr prayer. Food is provided after the tour, which allows for more time for casual conversation. since its inception, Know Your Neighbor has met regularly, giving tours to local civic groups, university classes, faith groups and interested individuals. |
