How it Works (Aseptic Technology)

  1. UHT Processing: Milk is superheated to 285°F (140°C) to kill all bacteria.
  2. Sterile Packaging: The milk is then filled into sterile cartons (like Tetra Pak) in a sterile environment.
  3. Commercial Sterility: This process creates a commercially sterile product that can be stored at room temperature.
