  City of Shenandoah Police Calls and Activity

  • Hit and Run Accident – 9200 block of Pinecroft – White pickup struck a gray Toyota Camry and fled the scene.
  • Theft – 19100 block of IH45 – Suspect arrested for theft of $1114.00 worth of merchandise. All merchandise recovered and returned to rightful owner.
  • Theft – 9200 block of Pinecroft – Victim left a purse, unattended on a chair in a public lobby. Purse was stolen by unknown suspect(s).
  • Lost Property – Person reported losing a Washington State driver’s license.
  • Theft – 19000 block of IH45 – Unknown female suspect stole $719.40 worth of merchandise.
  • Theft – 19000 IH45 - Victim left purse, unattended, in a shopping cart and her wallet was stolen.
  • Public Intoxication – 18500 block of IH45 – Suspect arrested as they were intoxicated to the point of being a danger to themselves and others.
  • Driving While Intoxicated – 9000 block of Tamina – Traffic stop led to the arrest of a suspect for DWI.
  • Theft – 19700 block of IH45 – Suspect stole $44.00 worth of merchandise and was issued a citation.
  • Theft – 19100 block of IH45 - Suspect arrested for theft of $375.52 worth of merchandise. All merchandise recovered and returned to rightful owner.
  • Driving While Intoxicated – 19100 block of IH45 – Traffic stop led to the arrest of a suspect for DWI.
  • Narcotics – 19100 block of IH45 - Traffic stop lead to the arrest of a suspect for possession of controlled substance.
  • Driving While Intoxicated – 29900 block of IH45 – Traffic stop led to the arrest of a suspect for DWI.

Significant Outside Agency Calls
  • Conroe PD took a report of a police impersonator. The incident commenced here in the city when the suspect followed a female from MHTW. The incident occurred at IH 45/3083. The suspect vehicle was described as a newer model black Chevrolet Tahoe with no identifying markings with a light bar on the top. The suspect was described as a male of Middle Eastern descent, unknown age.
  • Oak Ridge PD had a disturbance off Westwood - male taking property from another male's garage. He was caught by the resident and a physical disturbance followed, leading to actor producing a gun and firing off an "intimidation" shot into the air. Arrested for robbery/deadly conduct/POM.
