KEVIN M. McGLONE
Kevin McGlone is a native of Metairie, Louisiana. He received his bachelor of business administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1999 and his juris doctor from Loyola University College of Law in 2002. While at Loyola, Mr. McGlone served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Law Review. Thereafter, Mr. McGlone served as law clerk from 2002-2003 to the Honorable Eldon E. Fallon, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Mr. McGlone is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana. He joined the litigation section of Sher, Garner in 2003 and primarily handles matters involving admiralty and maritime law, as well as various types of commercial litigation. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the St. Thomas More Inn of Court, the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. He is an active member of the Loyola Law Review Alumni Committee, serving as its Chairman in 2006-2009. He serves as a contributing author for Benedict's Maritime Bulletin. From 2009-2012, he served as an adjunct professor on the faculty of Loyola Law School teaching a course concerning maritime employee remedies and from 2014 to the present has been a presenter in the Law School's skills curriculum.

JEFFREY D. KESSLER
A native Michigander, Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Duke University in 1998, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2002, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Jeff practiced in New York City prior to moving to New Orleans in the fall of 2005.
Jeff handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and environmental law disputes. He has handled numerous labor and employment matters, including but not limited to claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wage payment claims. In addition, his practice also includes real estate litigation, insurance litigation involving claims for property damage and business interruption losses, and various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. Jeff has experience in oral argument before various state and federal courts including the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeff has also lectured on employee hiring and firing issues, the public accommodations requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and antitrust law.

RYAN O. LUMINAIS
Ryan is a member of the firm. He joined the firm in 2007 after practicing with the firm of Brunini, Grantham, Grower, & Hewes, PLLC in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2002, He received his Bachelor's degree Magna Cum Laude in Political Science from the University of New Orleans where he received honors for graduating with the highest GPA in his graduation class and was a Phi Betta Kappa member receiving the Phi Beta Kappa Club Award. In 2005, he received his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, where he was a recipient of the River Parish Claimants Scholarship and the Louisiana Board of Supervisors' Scholarship. Ryan was also named to the Chancellor's List while attending law school at Louisiana State University from 2003-2005.
Ryan is admitted to practice before all Louisiana and all Mississippi state and federal courts, in addition to the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ryan is a trial lawyer with extensive plaintiff and defense experience in the following areas: commercial and complex litigation; personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents; products liability; legal disputes involves trusts, successions, wills and estates; construction disputes; complex insurance defense; collection matters; real estate disputes; residential and commercial lease disputes; premises liability; contract disputes; professional malpractice and liability; and commercial transactions.
Ryan has been recognized for his legal achievements by the following publications: 2009, Future Star, Benchmark Magazine; 2011 Top Lawyers in Louisiana, New Orleans Magazine; 2012-2015 Best Lawyers in America; 2013-2016 Rising Star, Super Lawyers.
