Sherman College Year-End Video: Celebrating 2020

Sherman College extends a heartfelt thank you to students, employees, alumni and friends for your continued support throughout 2020. While it’s true this year has been challenging, we have grown, accomplished much despite the odds, and emerged stronger. From the first virtual Lyceum and graduation celebration, to making a swift switch to remote learning and then a safe return to campus, it’s been a great year of growth. We appreciate your support and look forward to making 2021 a great year! Watch the video.
December, March Grads
Celebrate Commencement
The college hosted graduation on Saturday, December 12. Because of Covid guidelines for safety and with headcount restrictions still in place, we had separate ceremonies for the December 2020 class and the March 2021 class. The college also live-streamed both programs on Facebook and YouTube.

About Our Ambassadors:
Message from the President:
Bring on 2021!

by Sherman College President Edwin Cordero, D.C.
I have heard many comments in recent weeks about people wishing for a quick end to 2020 so we can usher in better times. While it’s true that this year has challenged us, we have also been pushed to solve problems in new, creative ways. We have leaned on each other for support. We have accomplished much despite the odds. And we have emerged stronger.
As we look forward to 2021, many of us begin setting goals and resolutions. A recent trend is choosing a “focus word” that serves as a theme for the year and brings clarity that goes beyond a simple New Year’s resolution. If I were to choose a focus word for Sherman College for 2021, it would be IMPACT.
