A crisis often brings with it a silver lining, and the current global pandemic is no exception. Chuck and Emma Shinn, the founders of Shinn Consulting and Shinn Builder Partnerships, have always had a passion for education and providing the best possible learning opportunities to builders.
In a time when we were forced to cancel our live seminars, it accelerated our plans to resume offering educational programs online. We are pleased to announce the creation of Home Builder University, an online community for builders to access the critical knowledge they need to survive and thrive.

Highlights from the Builder Partnerships 2020 Executive Summit
|
|
This year’s Executive Summit was like none other in history. Even with the impending uncertainty of the COVID-19 crisis, the attendees recognized the extraordinary importance of the topic and made the trip to South Florida for three days of discussion on “Superior Performance and Profitability: It’s All in Your Team’s Execution”.
Many builders brought their entire management teams to hear keynote speaker Chris McChesney from FranklinCovey, co-author of
The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Achieving Your Wildly Important Goals
. Builders worked with their teams to identify and move Wildly Important Goals forward, and everyone left with a doable plan.
“It was great to see builders present what they are doing in their own companies to incorporate the processes Chris discussed on the first day,” Shinn Builder Partnerships meeting planner Emma Jane Wildermuth said. “The energy of the room was dynamic and positive. There was a can-do spirit among the group.”

Easier Rebate Submissions with MarkSystems and KOVA Integrations

Builder Partnerships is pleased to announce integrations with ECI MarkSystems® and MiTek
®
KOVA. These integrations will make it easier for Builder Partnerships members to submit for and collect rebates.
We can now pull in closed home data directly from MarkSystems and KOVA for rebate submittals, allowing users to input necessary rebate information with the click of a button. Builder Partnerships builder members can fully reap the benefits of the program and achieve financial gain—which, in some cases, can mean thousands of dollars—with limited effort.
