 We're super excited to announce another Austin Books Ladies Night! We had so much fun the first time around, you knew we'd jump at the soonest opportunity for another night of girls-only fun, party games, and comics talk! This time we'll be joined by comics badass Becky Cloonan. She writes and draws at all levels of the comics industry, from self-published stories to comics for Marvel and DC. She's awesome, and one of our favorites... we can't wait to have her join us for the party! Don't worry if you're not of the female persuasion... we have a Becky Cloonan in-store signing scheduled for the next night during store hours (details below.) And if you need something to do, guys and gals both are welcome to play games at Outlaw Moon, because they're staying open late during Ladies Night! Keep in mind, at seven o'clock, all guys/boys/dudes will be eased out of Austin Books so that the party can start. Please give yourself enough time to shop earlier evening. We want you to enjoy your shopping experience, but we do also want to kick off our party on schedule. The Austin Books Pull Checklist
Have your books reserved to be picked up at your convenience with the Austin Books & Comics pull list. They will be set aside under your name until you are ready.
You're not obligated to buy the books you ask us to save. Just want to check something out? Afraid if you wait it'll be gone? You can maintain the same Austin Books stress-free shopping experience without being on the hook for something you just wanted to review. We only ask you decide to purchase it or put it back in a two week period after it's pulled.
This pull service is meant as to assist you in your weekly comic purchases, not to replace your shopping entirely. If you do not stop by to pick up comics out of your bag within a three week period, we'll contact you and give you another week to pick up your books. After that week, the comics go back out.
You can also use the link as a printable checklist - check the boxes for books you're interested in and click the "Create Printable List" button at the top right of the page to produce your own shopping list. This feature will help you to not miss any books while still allowing you to select your own copies from the shelf.
A Note About Purchase Limitations It's our ongoing goal to have the comics you're looking for. Comics are ordered over a month in advance, and we don't often have the opportunity to reorder sold out issues. Though you may see many copies of a series on a shelf, we have hundreds of customers to look out for.
We understand the need some folks have for a reading copy and a copy to keep nice (though we still reserve the right to limit to one per person if necessary.) If you'd like to buy more then 2 copies of single issues, please pre-order them with us when you see the issue available in Previews magazine. Ask us how!

What's Shipping?
This list includes all product shipping this week from our Distributor, and though we order the vast majority of what is offered, we do not receive everything (with a particular note towards t-shirts, statues and toys). If you have interest in any of those items, we do special orders. Just ask!
