The NOT so wet behind the ears, Newbie Madliene Haim, Marchesi Antinori, pouring the wines of Italy.

HOW IT WORKS

We'll be splitting the wine bar in half, 12 people on each side; one group with Jim, another with Madliene, simultaneously.

Each group will taste through a hand selected line-up of 7 wines from each representative, discussing and evaluating each wine until the flight is completed.

THEN

We'll switch wine reps on you, and you'll go through the entire process again.
