New Affordable Housing Opportunity

As part of the Special Permit granted by the Woburn City Council, Station 316 Apartments is offering 64 affordable rental units, by lottery. Eligible residents are encouraged to apply! The application deadline is January 21, 2025 at 2:00 pm.

Time Magazine has named Woburn's own Guardian Agriculture as the creator of one of the top inventions of 2024. Guardian has created the first fully autonomous vehicle that carries up to 200 pounds of fertilizer or pesticides and uses on-board technology to precisely cover 60 acres per hour.
