Dear Small Business owners,
It's that special time of year again - we're not referring to the holidays, but something that can bring much longer lasting long-term joy. PERFORMANCE REVIEWS!
Big wins, fulfillment and joy happen when we step away from the job and focus on our most important assets, our people. A basic but effective method is to ask "what should we should START, STOP, or CONTINUE?" You can also ask your team members what they think they should START, STOP or CONTINUE in their role.
For other performance review examples and to discuss ways to attract, retain, and build culture in your team don't hesitate to reach out to talk with a SBDC advisor. contact@cvsbdc.org | 434-295-8198
Happy Thanksgiving!
