This week Apple Ridge Farm will be featuring an enriched potato sandwich loaf - soft, golden, and featuring their own heirloom potatoes. 

They also be offering some unique heirloom potato varieties including All Blue, German Butterball, and Papa Cacho (a fingerling that is a unique Peruvian land race variety). And of course they'll have baked goods from the Stone Oven, frozen soups, their famous chicken pot pies and more!

We may not be getting many snow storms this winter, but Primordiais experiencing a blizzard of shiitakes this week! So you guessed it... they're running a 'Saturday Special!' Shiitakes will be on sale for $10/lb (regularly $14/lb.)
