Hounslow Chamber has just been made aware of an organisation called ShopAppy, it is a website/app, where you can order on line from your local independent shops.
The independent businesses collaborate with either click and collect or local delivery. Although we need to be cautious that we do not raise expectations too high and local businesses are swamped by demand in the current climate.

Here's how to get started
1. Register your organisation on
this will mean we can create your area on the platform
2. Identify a potential free or flat fee delivery option or be the delivery (taxi, bike, local businesses offering delivery) and introduce them to us
3. If possible identify a local phone line that can be promoted in press, on social media etc.

Shopappy is an online market place that supports shopping locally, even if you have to stay at home. In normal circumstances it is a browsing tool with built in click and collect. Due to Covid-19 the team have implemented a delivery solution.
