Things to Remember
 
For you to be an active Independent Contractor with our Company, you must be able to access/read 100% of the information that's tied to the evaluation you are assigned to.
 
It's very important that you never share a Company's Client Name or Client Information with another Company. This is a huge breach of contract and can get you reported and completely banned.
 
When logged into the ISS platform, keep in mind it will only pull the closest shop{s} to you by default. If you'd like to view opportunities further out, click on "Available Shops", update your "filter" by Miles, City/State/Zip, or Category, and click the search {magnifying glass icon}.
Scheduling Tips
 
1} When calling or emailing us, please have the Shop ID number ready/noted. This will help us assist you quicker.

2} We do make phone calls to inform you of available shops and to ensure you are still interested in Mystery Shopping. We recommend that you log into isecretshop.com and verify that your contact information is up to date.

3} Whenever you are assigned to a shop, we suggest to review your guidelines immediately. This is so you can contact us with any questions about your shop, while we are still in the office {Monday through Friday / 7:30am to 4:30pm PST}.
Quality Control Tips
 
1} Please put Mystery Shopper Services emails on your Safe/Contact Lists. All of our email addresses are listed here.

2} If there is something you do not understand in your shop overview, please contact us before proceeding with your shop. By the time Quality Control gets the report it will be too late if anything has been completed incorrectly.

3} Please be sure to view your receipts before finalizing the shop. It should be the full receipt and clear. Make sure the totals you enter onto the report, match the totals on your receipt. Make sure you keep your receipts on file for at least 30 days after your shop.
