Shopper Newsletter - October 2017
Confidentiality
Never take a report into a shop with you or share it with employees. Please do not tell employees you are a mystery shopper {unless your shop calls for it}. Do not take screenshots or video of anything we do as it’s completely confidential and if you do it’s a breach of your IC contract.

ALL Company information is confidential. This includes and is not limited to: Customer Lists, Process, Procedures, Technology, Methodology, Reporting, Forms, Pricing or any other proprietary information you may be privy to during your course of contracting through Company. This also means you cannot share information on social networks and you cannot contact any of our clients at any time.

The term of protection of confidentiality is to remain in effect for a 2year period after information has been disclosed to you.

Report Accuracy
A reminder that a lot of the stores you go into are video tapping. If what you reported doesn’t match their video review they will challenge your report by sending it back to us and if what is being questioned is true, the client will not accept it as it’s falsified and they will not use it or pay for it.

Scheduling Tips
  • If you have contacted us over the weekend, please do not send us more than one email. We will reply to you as soon as possible. Please note we are only available Mon through Fri., 7:30am to 4:30pm PST.

  • If you have reached your self-assign limit, don’t be discouraged, reach out to us with the shop ID information you are requesting and we will be happy to assign it to you if the date is available.

  • Bonuses are usually added for two reasons:

1} To help with a shopper’s gas money whom is traveling out of their way for the shop.

2} When we need somebody to do the shop immediately, without ample notice.

If you were assigned to a shop, prior to bonuses being offered, we kindly ask that you do not contact us asking for one. If you decide to back out of a shop due to no bonus being added, it is a failure to complete and your points will be dropped on the ISS platform.

  • If you are requesting a week date, for a weekend only shop, your request will be denied due to the date restrictions. Same goes for the other way around.

  • Pay close attention to the detail in the overview of the shop before requesting. Some may call for you to eat meat or drink alcohol. If you notice after you are assigned and back out of the shop, your points will get dropped on the ISS platform.
Quality Control Tips
  • If your receipt gets wrinkled, please try to flatten it out before posting it in a report. Receipts must be legible and professional looking as they are going to the clients.

  • Make sure you check spelling and grammar before submitting reports. Make sure your yes/no/not applicable answers are correct and match your comments. Quality Control may sometimes fix spelling/grammar errors for you but please know that they note issues in your profile history and it’s something schedulers look at next time you want a shop.

  • Cookie cut reports are not allowed. If doing multiple shops please be sure that each one is unique to itself, because we do look for copy and paste comments, and no two visits are ever exactly alike.

  • Proof of shop: outside store photos or photos of your food order are very important to our clients. Please be sure you are not forgetting to take these if your overview is asking for it. It most likely will end up declined without them. If it says photos are required then they are required no matter what. Please understand, the client’s do not care why a photo was not taken. They must be taken during your shop and not the next day or day before. Only on the date and time of your shop.

  • Please do not send your food back if you are doing a restaurant shop. If something is wrong just report the issue in your report. Sending food back will mean you will be restricted from that location, because you have made yourself known.

  • Make sure you are reading the “tips” when filling out your report, as there is very important information on how to answer questions.
