You'll want to come see the "New" changes around the building on AUGUST 18th. The fall semester at Shortridge, which begins August 6th, will welcome 1,500+ students to the school with the realignment of the entire IPS high school district.

**We'll also help the CLASS OF 1968 celebrate their 50-year Class Reunion with memories of the '68 Blue Devils' basketball team's one-and-only rise to the State ISHAA basketball finals. Special memories as chronicled by Michael Edgar Myers.
**Annual Meeting of the Alumni Association; board of directors elections for President, VP Marketing & Development/Fund Raising, Corresponding/Financial Secretary, Recording Secretary; Board Members-at-Large: Decade Representatives for the '30s/ '40s, '80s, 2000s. All SHS alumni are eligible to serve on the Board; prerequisite for a Board position: being a current paid member of the Shortridge Alumni Association. The annual All-Classes Reunion, sponsored by the Shortridge Alumni Association (SAA), welcome ALL alumni from any class, especially those classes with specialty anniversaries; e.g. 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60+. But, everyone from ANY class is welcome and encouraged to attend for our annual school open house.
**AUTHORS & ARTISTS:

ALL CLASSES are encouraged to attend. But this year, let's celebrate with the alumni from the
Class of 1968 and the Blue Devils basketball team. Pass the word, contact your alumni classmates, and reunite with some old friends; join us for a fun-filled afternoon.
For those unable to attend, kindly consider a donation or sponsorship level to the
Shortridge Legacy Scholarship Fund
(those options will be available on the luncheon reservation form). The current scholars are OUTSTANDING and have been accepted to many of the leading colleges and universities across the country. Help us to help them! Support our scholarship efforts -- all donations large and small are welcome. The
SAA is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization.
