Final Weekend - Here We Go!

The final two days of the Toronto International Boat Show have arrived - and we wish all exhibitors a very successful closing weekend!

Sailor's Day happens today with a dedicated set of sailing seminars.

To those who sell boats this weekend - however large or small including kayaks, paddle boats, small inflatables - please advise your customers of our Buy a Boat & WIN $10,000 program, sponsored by RBC. Ballots are available in the show office Salon 103, and at the info booths.

Please keep customer safety front of mind, as the weekend draws larger crowds, and many families with energetic kids in tow!

Thank you and have a great weekend!

REMINDER: Show Closes Saturday 6PM | Sunday 5PM

We would like to ask all exhibitors to please respect the closing time each day.

It has been noticed that some exhibitors are packing up their spaces early before the show has been scheduled to close.

Attendees have travelled to the show expecting that if they have arrived within the published times all exhibitors will be open for business.

Providing a positive show experience is everyone’s responsibility. All exhibitors are expected to remain open and staffed until show close, even on our last day.

Show Hours:

Saturday: 10AM to 6PM

Sunday: 10AM to 5PM

Hand Carry Move-Out for Booth Exhibitors

DEADLINE TO REQUEST

PARKING PASS IS TODAY AT 2PM!

The Express Move-Out is for booth exhibitors in Cottage Country, Mariner's Marketplace & the Main Hall who can move-out quickly using a small personal cart or dolly or hand-carry items using the Heritage Court Entrance.

Express move out:

  • Sunday, January 26 | 5:30-7PM
  • Heritage Court Entrance
  • Special parking arrangements have been made starting at 8AM in Lot 853 North. [Click for map]

Exhibitors can take advantage of this option by signing-up with Katya:

705-927-3619, katya@canadianboatshows.com TODAY BY 2PM

Exhibitors will be issued a PINK window card that allows for parking in Lot 853 North opposite the BMO field beginning Sunday, January 26 at 8AM.

Exhibitors MUST display the PINK window card along with a valid parking pass (9-day pass, day pass (with date) or a Green P pass) on their dash. Paid parking is not required after 5PM.

Full details and instructions can be found in the Thursday, January 23 newsletter. [Click here]

Move-Out: Exhibitor Parking

Exhibitor Parking for move-out, Sunday after 5pm, Monday and Tuesday is FREE.

We all want a smooth, efficient move-out, and illegally parked vehicles will impede the flow, causing move-out delays and frustration for everyone.

UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED!

A reminder that unauthorized vehicles on Manitoba Drive and in the east and west loading docks will be tagged and possibly towed.

Click here for an enlarged view of the Move-Out Parking Map.

Move-Out: Garbage Removal

During move-out, large bins will be placed around the halls for disposal. Please use them to keep the floor safe.

We encourage exhibitors to remove their own shrink-wrap, skids, and leftover wood from the Enercare Centre.

The show is charged for garbage removal from the floor, and your efforts during move-out can help keep space costs down.
