TONIGHT: Late Night Thursday

Here it is - Late Night Thursday. The show will be open until 10PM to attract consumers who want a more relaxed shopping experience.


The Toronto Boat Show continues to do extensive promotion for the Late Night Thursday. And thank you for sharing our posts.


Below are two posts that can be easily shared directly to your personal social media feeds and your instant messaging apps - directions below.

Simply click on the either photo or the words facebook or Instagram below and you will be directed to your page.


At the bottom of your post click on the word Share. There will be a number of options including facebook, instagram, plus instant messaging services like WhatsApp and Messenger where you can personalize a message.

Susan Hay interviews Melodie Schaffer, the first Canadian female to race around the world in her Class 40 boat 'Whiskey Jack' (also appearing at the show).


Along with this 3 minute video clip, there was conversation in the newsroom before and after the segment including a mention that Melodie is speaking at the show Sunday.

Hand Carry Move-Out for Booths Cottage Country, Mariner's Marketplace & Main Hall

If you are an exhibitor in Cottage Country and Mariner’s Marketplace and hand carry or use your own small cart to move out we have an option to assist you with moving out quickly.

 

For those interested, we will provide an PINK Window Card which allows for parking your vehicle in LOT 853 North (outside of Heritage Court Entrance doors) on Sunday, January 26, 8AM onwards– see map below. 

 

Katya will be visiting exhibitor booths starting Thursday to discuss options.



Contact Katya at cell 705-927-3619, katya@canadianboatshows.com by Saturday morning, and permission will be granted on request and approval basis.

Please take note of the following steps:

 

  • Sign up with Katya and provide your booth #, vehicle information and license number.
  • You will be then given a PINK Window Card
  • Park your vehicle at Lot 853 (north side) Sunday, starting from 8AM onwards.
  • Clearly Display the PINK Window Card and a show parking pass or a Green P pass.
  • There will be a parking attendant provided by the Enercare Centre on 853 North Parking lot

 

At Move-Out you will be directed by our floor managers to the Heritage Court Entrance.

For the first hour you may hand carry/use own carts and exit through roll up door #40.

After 6PM you can exit out through the glass doors at the Heritage Court Entrance. 

 

Please note that there will not be a ‘drive to the door’

option at the Heritage Court Entrance. 

 

The exhibitors in Mariner’s Marketplace and Cottage Country, requiring DRIVE-IN access to their booths can proceed to loading doors 28, 29, 33 and 34 where they will be directed and assisted by the floor managers. 

 

On Sunday, Manitoba Road is restricted to West to East traffic only.

 

Cottage Country and Mariner’s Marketplace

buildings must be completely vacated by Monday at 6PM.

ALWAYS Display Your Parking Pass


Whether parked on surface lots or indoor parking, exhibitors MUST clearly display either their 9-day parking pass, single day pass (clearly marked with the date) or the Green P day pass on their dashboard at all times.


Overnight Parking:

  • You MUST have the 9 Day Parking Pass clearly displayed with license plate number identified.


  • Overnight parking can be obtained via the Green P parking app for SURFACE LOTS. You will need to renew your parking in the night via your phone.

Pickles Deli

Exhibitor Lounge - Salon 105

The Exhibitor Lounge is located in Salon 105, just east of the show office. 


The lounge is equipped with tables & chairs and free Wifi (computers are available for your use). There will be no food services, but there is a microwave available for exhibitor use. The Exhibitor's lounge is a great place to relax and meet.

First Aid Procedures at The Show

If an emergency requiring paramedics arises, please alert any of the following and identify the location. 


  • Boat Show Staff Member
  • Show Office Salon 103 (905-951-0009)
  • Information Booth Staff
  • Lake Staff
  • Show Security Guards (at entrances, exits, roving)


We will radio paramedics and direct them to the location. 

 

If the situation is non-urgent, you can also direct the individual

to the Show Office (Salon 103), where paramedics can meet them. 

To make things easier, please add the Show Office phone number to your mobile phone contacts for the duration of the show.
