"I have been happily employed by Sodexo for about one year doing food prep. As a totally blind person I found it challenging to get a job, but I am so thankful that Sodexo believed in me and hired me, and I appreciate the support MCB provided to get me started. I work with wonderful people and I'm so happy to go to work each day."

“Hiring job seekers with different capabilities is a fantastic means of diversifying a workforce. In the case of hiring consumers from the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, I have found that these team members bring great enthusiasm, work ethic and attention to detail to the workplace. And, in many cases their presence enhances the team spirit as employees rally around each other in support of a common goal.”
