Show Updates
We are excited to bring the industry and boaters together again – AND to be celebrating the Show’s 60th Anniversary!

This year's show will be the boating event of the year in Western Canada!

Thank you to all exhibitors that have renewed for 2023. We genuinely appreciate the positive environment we have experienced as our team (including new staff members) transitions from two years of cancelled shows and returning to in-person!

We are managing a high volume of requests and working as fast as possible in all area's of the show's productions. We are so pleased with how the show is looking!

A couple of early reminders:

  • PLANNING & ORDER FORMS: The 2023 VIBS Exhibitor's Kit was recently added to the website. Some of our 2023 planning documents and vendor order forms are just being finalized and will be released as soon as they are available. Some order forms are highlighted below under Quick Links.

  • BOOTH NUMBER: Your patience is truly appreciated as we continue to finalize the space numbers on the floorplan. If you have not been assigned a booth number, you will receive an update shortly. NOTE: If you need to place orders for Show Services from the VIBS official supplier Levy Show Service, you can enter '0' as your booth number and the show staff will co-ordinate with Levy.

  • BOATING BC MEMBERSHIP: Membership in good standing is required to renew contract space for the 2023 Show. If you are not yet a member of Boating BC, please visit: Become A Member.

Call For Speakers & Workshop Leaders
The 2023 seminar schedule is currently under development!!

Education continues to be a focus of the show and even more important now with the influx of new boaters on the waterways over the past two years.

Consumers coming to the show place high value on seminars and leave being better informed, educated, inspired and motivated.

If you would like to participate and present at one of the seminar stages in February, or know of a relevant topic or good speaker, please contact:

Granville Island In-Water Exhibitors

We have received the majority of the Boats To Be Exhibited In-Water forms from in-water exhibitors and are about ready to start the boat placement and dock layout.

If you haven't yet submitted your list of boats for the in-water show, please do so as soon as possible. That way we can ensure the amount of dock space you require is factored into the overall plan.

We realize that things may change, but we will be able to continue with the preliminary planning.
