Support Hudson Link for free
with Amazon Smile!

Every year at around this time, we promote Hudson Link's partnership with Amazon Smile, which creates a super simple, easy, and free way to support our students every time you shop on Amazon. But this year, we are taking it a step further by introducing the "Reason to Smile" campaign. Every week, Hudson Link will be posting short videos of our staff, friends, family, and supporters, sharing their reasons to smile.
Supporting Hudson Link through Amazon is as easy as 1-2-3! First, go to and log in using your Amazon username and password. Then, select Hudson Link for Higher Education in Prison as your charity of choice. Finally, go shopping using the link! Once you've done that, Amazon donates .05% of your total purchases to Hudson Link at no additional cost to you. This program is a simple way to help Hudson Link keep doing the work we are doing right now. Since the emergence of COVID-19, and other online retailers have become incredibly important, so why not safely shop for your essentials and support a great cause at the same time.
We want to incentivize our wonderful supporters and show them just how simple it is to support Hudson Link with your Amazon purchases, so be sure to check out our social media pages where we will be releasing short and funny reminders to sign up with Amazon Smile by sharing videos from our staff, professors, and supporters about their "Reasons to Smile."
Sign up to help support Hudson Link with Amazon Smile and you just might be Hudson Link's new reason to smile.
The Long Wait is Finally Over.... Videos from TEDxSingSing Are Available NOW!
Even though it has only been a few months since TEDxSingSing was held at Sing Sing Correctional Facility, it feels like a lifetime has passed. With so much negativity and unease surrounding us today, it feels like the perfect time to let everyone know that the first group of talks from TEDxSingSing have been uploaded to the official TEDx Talks youtube page
We are so thankful for the hard work of Sean Gallagher at the Jacob Burns Film Center for editing and compiling the footage, and for our partners at the NYS-DOCCS Central Office who painstakingly reviewed all of the presentations and approved them for submission. Thanks to their hard work even during a pandemic, these incredible talks will be seen by people around the world.
For those of you who were unable to join us in-person on February 7th, 2020, or if you were there and you just want to re-live the moment, the first seven TEDx talks can be found here! Over the next few weeks, the TEDxSingSing and Hudson Link social media pages will be sharing the released TEDx talk videos with some behind-the-scenes details and information about the speakers.
We at Hudson Link are so proud of all of our students who organized, spoke at, or helped make this event possible and we are beyond excited to share these poignant presentations with all of our supporters.
