Here’s our recommended checklist to start the new season off right:
🔶 Give your service body a thorough wash – it works hard for you, so treat it right!
🔶 Clean and oil the cabinet pressurization filter to keep dust and debris out.
🔶 Lubricate hinges, door handles, and checks to ensure smooth operation.
🔶 Grease rollout drawer slides and handles to prevent sticking.
🔶 Inspect compressor belts and wiring for wear and tear.
🔶 Drain air tanks and check under-chassis hoses for leaks or damage.
🔶 Replace crane remote batteries—and keep some spares on hand.
🔶 Inspect your crane wire rope for frays, kinks, or other damage.
🔶 Grease the crane—be sure to check your manual for all the right spots!
🔶 Ensure your DOT inspection is up to date so you're ready for the season.
