Showcasing Stark Students' Milestone Data
Take a look at SEP's newly launched Data Dashboard

The work of the Stark Education Partnership has been driven by data since its inception. We continually ask: "What is the evidence that a strategy is working?" Some of those answers are revealed in the numbers.

The “tale of the tape” is found within multiple resources: the Ohio Department of Education, Stark County Educational Service Center, National Student Clearinghouse Student Tracker®, American Community Survey, U.S. Census Bureau, SPARCC and multiple other national research institutions.

While substantial amounts of data available, the Partnership focuses on five key transition points in student's educational pathway: 1) Kindergarten Readiness; 2) Third Grade Reading; 3) Eighth Grade Math Success; 4) High School Diploma and Credential Attainment; and 5) College and Career Persistence and Degree Attainment.
Through the convergence of collaborative efforts of Stark schools and their partners, significant progress continues to be evidenced. In an effort to share this important information, we have added a Data Dashboard1 to the homepage of the Stark Education Partnership website. Click on the dashboard graphic to instantly download the data and strategies that are driving change in Greater Stark County.
