Introducing Bounce's New Program Manager:
Aimee Alexoff

Prior to joining Bounce, Aimee was an Assistant Teacher at Kids Science Labs where she gained experience in event planning and customer service. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with minor in Bioethics from Loyola University Chicago in 2016.

At Loyola, Aimee served as Peer Health Educator, Peer Leader for The Body Project and co-founded Students with Autoimmune Diseases. She also mentored adolescents with chronic illnesses and their parents as a PeerWISE and SAILS volunteer at Ann & H. Robert Lurie Children’s Hospital.

Aimee is ecstatic to join the Bounce team!

Board of Directors Spotlight:
Dave Zitlow
Executive Vice President, Spectrum Science Communications
We asked Dave, 'Why Bounce?'   You should read his response...
Through close friends whose children have chronic disease, I've seen the fortitude and perseverance it takes to navigate life. The magnitude of the challenge can be almost overwhelming, even for the strongest and most determined. I want to help Bounce ease the burden these amazing people face. That’s my motivation .

I also love the thrill of a challenge.  It allows me to channel my determination and stubbornness to a worthy goal. That’s my confession .

Finally, I’m pretty good at telling stories. I’ve made a career out of helping healthcare organizations do so.  And, I can help Bounce tell theirs.  That's my contribution .

Bounce Bash  Family Adventure:
Saturday, April 29, 2017  |  9:45am - 12:00pm
You're invited to an imaginative and
hands-on improv experience by Storytown Improv!

First, an engaging scavenger hunt around the theater. Next we explore how the lights, music, props and costumes evolve in a story that is constantly changing.

Then, Storytown actors, artists and musicians will take us on a interactive and fully improvised adventure. Using suggestions/ideas from you and your little ones, the cast will create an attention grabbing storyline bound to evoke lots of laughs.  During the improv experience, Bounce members will help to design the set and props used by the cast.

The fun concludes with a Meet & Greet with the Cast!
