Sight for Students® is now VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope®

The Name Has Changed, the Heart of the Program Remains the Same.

The VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope^® gift certificate program operates nationally through the National Association of School Nurses and other community partners to provide access to eye care for school-age children in need.

VSP^® Eyes of Hope gift certificates, formerly known as VSP Sight for Students® cover a comprehensive eye exam and, if prescribed, new glasses at a VSP network doctor’s office.

National Association of School Nurse members can provide students who qualify with a certificate to receive essential vision care at no cost to the school or student. Coverage is printed on each certificate.

Eligibility for Students

Family income of no more than 200% of the federal poverty level
Student has not used a VSP program during the past 12 months
No coverage through a private insurer or government program for services covered by the gift certificate

Requesting Gift Certificates

Visit nasn.org/vsp and log in to request a supply of VSP Eyes of Hope gift certificates for your school. This is a charitable program to support students in need across the U.S., and there is no charge to participate.
