BPG cares about your health and wellness. It is time for our Annual Flu Vaccination Clinic, which will be held on Thursday, November 9th, from 11AM to 1PM in the ground floor amenity space at our headquarters 1000 N. West St. Wilmington, DE 19801 in Conference Room A.

Although there are a limited number of spaces, this event is open to ALL full time BPG associates with or without Cigna Health Insurance! If you have colleagues without a company email, please be sure to share this information with them. 

The clinic will offer both the flu and COVID-19 vaccines. You are able to receive both at the same time if you so choose. If an associates does not have their insurance card or coverage, you will only be able to receive the flue vaccine. Shots are administered by representatives from a local Acme Market's Pharmacy Team.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Appointments should take no longer than 15 minutes.
• Please wear a loose-fitting shirt with easy access to your arm.
• Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID to the clinic. If you are not currently enrolled in a health insurance plan, you may still receive the flu vaccine but additional paperwork may be required. The COVID-19 vaccine requires proof of coverage.
• There is no need to bring your COVID-19 vaccination card. 
• If you are currently enrolled in one of BPG's medical plans, the cost of your flu shot is free! If you are covered by another insurance plan outside of BPG, your vaccine is likely to be free as well since flu shots are designated as "preventative" by most health insurers (please check with your carrier to confirm).
