Are you an avid racer, a beginning racer or just someone who wants to know what all of the fuss is about? Well, you're in luck. We will be hosting our
2nd Annual Racing 101: Practice Regatta on Sunday, March 20th at Dana Point Harbor, for only $25.
Regardless of your level of experience we'd love for you to attend, as everyone will having something to offer and learn. As you know, you can never know too much when it comes to sailing.

During our regatta you will participate/compete in an actual regatta with skippers, who have many years of PHRF race experience. Prior to heading out on-the-water, you will participate in a Skippers Meeting, in which you will receive instructions for the race - this meeting is typical of most races/regattas, as well as lunch. Once you get on the boats you will have, two practice starts, one or two short windward/leeward buoy races and a race based on each boat's official PHRF rating. Afterwards the trophies will be awarded!
