Alderman Reilly Reports
Sign Up Now for Alderman Reilly's Vaccine Clinic! Limited Space Remaining
On Thursday, April 22, Alderman Reilly will be co-hosting a vaccination event in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood. This event is being conducted in partnership with Jewel-Osco Pharmacy and fellow Aldermen Hopkins (2nd Ward), Burnett (27th Ward), and Smith (43rd Ward).

As of today, April 20, there are still appointments available for Chicago residents, 16 and older, on a first-come, first-served basis. On-site appointments or walk-in registration will NOT be available. Participants will receive the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine and must be able to return on Thursday, May 13 for the second dose. If you will not be available to receive your second shot on May 13, do not sign up.

Please read the following event details carefully:

  • Individuals must fill out the pre-registration form and bring a printed copy of the completed form to your appointment.
  • Individuals must also bring or provide a copy of your Drivers License or State ID and insurance card.
  • Please note: you will not be turned away if you do not have insurance
  • At your appointment you will also be asked to present your Eventbrite ticket, received via your confirmation email. Please have it available on your cell phone OR printed out on a piece of paper.
  • Plan for your appointment to take one (1) hour from start to finish and please arrive no more than ten (10) minutes prior to your appointment time.
  • Wear clothing that allows vaccinators to easily access your upper arms. Clothing with short sleeves or no sleeves is best.
  • Temperature checks will be done prior to entry, and masks are required

Individuals will receive the address of the vaccination clinic location after securing an appointment in the confirmation email. The location is well-served by public transit, however, individuals may walk, use rideshare options, or drive (parking will be available).
As a reminder, appointments for this event will be limited. Alderman Reilly encourages residents to explore other vaccination options here. If you have further questions, please call our office at (312) 744-3062 or email [email protected].
