Sign Up for All-Electronic W-2 Delivery

Please take a moment to sign up for your electronic W-2. You can do this easily in BengalWeb.

 

Making the switch to all electronic delivery is optional, but it is an easy way to save the university time and money.

 

Follow these steps to sign up to receive your W-2 forms electronically:

1.       Log in to BengalWeb.

2.       Click on the Employees tab, then Actions & Information tab.

3.       Go to the Employment Details channel, and click on the Employee Self Service link.

4.       The Employee Dashboard appears. Click on Taxes.

5.       Click on Electronic Regulatory Consent.

6.       Review the consent statement. Check the box labeled My Choice to receive your W-2 electronically, and then click Submit. If you are a benefited employee, please also check the Consent to receive your 1095-C electronically as well.

7.       You are now set up to receive your W-2 electronically. A paper copy will not be sent to you. However, an announcement will be made to all employees as soon as the forms become available. They will be available no later than January 31. At that time, you'll be able to go into BengalWeb and view your W-2. You'll also be able to save the information to an electronic file so that it will be available to you outside of BengalWeb, and print it if necessary.

 

Note:  Once you've chosen to receive your W-2 electronically, you will not be sent a paper W-2 during any future year unless you re-open the Electronic W-2 Consent form, uncheck the "My Choice" checkbox, and resubmit the form.



If you have received this email, you are not signed up for an electronic W-2.
